Welcome to Woodlands Section Eight’s website!
Our goal is to provide Section Eight residents and visitors to our website with important information specific to this Section. Please keep in mind that this information is separate from the Woodlands Homeowners Association (WHOA). Any information pertaining to the WHOA can be viewed on their website (on our Home Page, a link is provided under the Pages section titled "WHOA Website").
Section Eight’s Clubhouse is located at 4605 Queen Palm Lane, Tamarac.
The Section consists of 121 homes surrounded by lush landscaping, golf views and waterways.
Every so often we are privileged to see wild life of some kind in and around our Section as well as the surrounding Sections. As one of our Section resident mentioned, when you leave Commercial Boulevard and enter on Woodlands Boulevard heading into the Woodlands Country Club community one is overcome by the peace and tranquility surrounding you which follows you to Section Eight.

On the Contact Page there is a form you can complete to get information you may need. In the Applicant field, select Association Member from the dropdown list. Then type in your question/request/full name and phone number in the Message box. Click on the Submit Button. Your message will be sent and responded to by Juda, Eskew & Associates.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO AVOID ADMINISTRATIVE LATE FEES AND INTEREST:
Dear Residents,
Please remember to make your monthly HOA dues at the beginning of each month since the payment must be cleared at Juda-Eskew & Associates by the 10th of each month. By doing this, administrative late fees and interest charges will be avoided.
